

The Biggest Loser Challenge
Next Course Starts Nov 2011
The Biggest Loser challenge is an 8 week course that offers not just great workouts and friendly competition but also great value for money too.
Each week there will be 3 sessions available, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7-8pm. You will have the opportunity to attend all of these sessions.
This means that over the 8 weeks, there is a chance to attend up to 24 sessions.
If you achieve 100% attendance during your 8 week course then you will be awarded with a Free Biggest Loser T-Shirt.
Every other Friday there will be a weigh-in and a challenge where the winner will receive a bonus group training session.
When you sign up you will receive a welcome pack which will include

>> Weight Loss Tracker Card
>> amc-training T-Shirt
When you start the course you will be placed in to one of 2 teams where your total weight loss will contribute towards the teams score. The winning team at the end of the 6 months will receive another prize.
The next Biggest Loser Challenge will run from Nov 2011 - June 2012.
