Our studio aims to provide a huge variety of classes to suit all fitness levels and time schedules no matter your what fitness goals are. We provide a great working space with friendly professional instructors for whom teaching is their passion.

Capoeira
This class combines martial arts, music, aerobatics and drama. Capoeira involves spontaneous and spectacular non-contact exchanges between two players with strikes, foot sweeps, back flips and more. Beginners are very welcome.
